CIMC (Chongqing) Modern Logistics Center

In 2010, CIMC(Chongqing) Logistics Co. Ltd. signed the agreement on the settlement of Modern Logistics Center (Zone A and B) in the Chongqing Western Logistics Park.

Zone A covers the area of 121,267 square meters, and plans to have a total investment of CNY 150 million. With the floor area of 77,000 square meters, the facilities including Transfer Warehouse, Zero-load Warehouse, Container Yard, Supporting Premises will be constructed. Zone B covers the area of 117,067 square meters, with a total investment of CNY 310 million. The GFA is designed to be 110,000 square meters. And its main facilities include Transfer Warehouse, Auto Operation Yard, Auto Warehouse, Auto Exhibition Hall, R&D Building, Supporting Premises, etc.

After completion, Zone A will provide customers with the modern third-party comprehensive logistics services including transport, storage, loading & unloading, carrying, packaging, circulation processing, distribution, information processing, import & export trade and logistics finance. By November 2015, the project had completed the construction of the 55,000-square-meter warehouse and supporting facilities and put them into operation, with total investment of CNY 191 million.

And Zone B will include finished commercial vehicle and spare part logistics, international logistics, logistics planning, logistics technique consultancy, planning & management. It also can function as a third-party providing the integrated, information-based, and network-based services. It is expected that the annual output will reach CNY 500 million and the annual tax payment will reach CNY 10 million, with 300 job vacancies. By November 2015, the project had completed the construction of the 110,000-square-meter warehouse and supporting facilities and put them into operation, with total investment of CNY 267 million on fixed assets
