Chongqing Mingtao (International) Home Logistics Center

In December 2013, Chongqing Minshang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. signed the agreement to locate its Chongqing Mingtao (International) Home Logistics Center (formerly known as Minshang Warehousing Project) in Chongqing Western Logistics Park.

With a total land area of 95,605 square meters, this project has a planned investment of CNY 375 million. The designed floor area is 110,000 square meters mainly for warehouses and supporting houses. 

After completion of the project, it will be able to provide services including product display, warehousing management, sorting & packaging and distribution. It is estimated that the annual output value will reach CNY 300 million and the annual tax payment will reach CNY 10 million with 100 job vacancies.

The project’s construction started in December 2014. By November 2015, the field flattening and design of the project planning had been completed, and investment in fixed assets totaled CNY 123 million.
